A. Welcome, Prayer & Pledge of Allegiance
Frank offered the prayer, and Rick led the pledge.
B. Pine Valley Overlay Zone Business – Emily
Victor Christensen submitted the home plans to the board before the meeting and is requesting a recommendation from the board for a building permit for the Abrahams’ home.
Emily mentioned Victor has been through the overlay zone process previously and is aware of its importance. She explained the importance of complying with the lighting ordinance.
Emily moved to recommend a building permit to the county, and Herman seconded it; all were in favor.
The next board meeting is scheduled for October 8, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
