Pine Valley Special Services District Meeting
March 3, 2021 6:00 pm.

General Business: Prayer given by Herman and Pledge of Allegiance led by Bob Dalley. Meeting called to order by Mary Esther Putnam. The February 2021 minutes were approved by Herman and seconded by Bob.
Report on Enterprise – Pine Valley Ambulance Agreement: Bob, Allen and Steve asked attorney Tim Cory pro-bono to review the Enterprise draft agreement. Tim met with Enterprise attorney is currently working out a few minor issues. They expect the agreement will be approved on or before the next PVSSD meeting.
Impact Fees: None.
Board Member Reports: Frank reported complaints on recreational vehicles and trailers on properties. All agreed complaints should be reported to the county. A complaint regarding dirt piles on north side of main street near the Fire Dept. was reported. Mike Stucki will check with the county on when and who will remove the piles. Emily Neilson was appreciated and thanked for her support and work in protecting Pine Valley’s general plan. Several board members with meet with Washington County Commissioners regarding the RAP tax on March 8th in Pine Valley.
Fire Chief Report:4 call outs in February. Fire and EMT ice rescue training is schedule for March 20th at the reservoir. It was reported COVID testing is now required for all fire department volunteers before each training.
Treasurer Report: Rick Peetz presented financial reports for February 2021. Approved by Bob Dalley and seconded by Herman Nordbruch, all in favor. This year’s Fire Dept report and PVSSD letter/invoices will be sent out to property owners this month.
Citizens Report: No issues.
The next scheduled PVSSD meeting will be April 7, 2021.
PVSSD Board Meeting adjourned by Bob Dalley and Herman seconded. Moved into PVLAD meeting.

Board Member Reports: Frank discussed updating the bullet points for future agendas. Frank will email the board the PVLAD Resolutions.
Treasurer Report: No issues, questions, or comments on the February financial report. Approved by Herman and seconded by Mike.
Signs Report: Discussion on the process of the traffic report. No issues.
The next scheduled PVLAD meeting will be April 7th, 2021.
