Welcome: Meeting called to order by Mary Esther. Prayer given by Bob and Pledge of Allegiance led by Mike.
General Business:Bob moved to approve the December 2021 meeting minutes, Allen seconded and all in favor.
Pine Valley Building Permits: None to report.
Board Member Reports: Mary Esther Putnam and Bob Dalley reinstated to their board positions until 2025. Steve commented that the preparations for the new temporary mail building is ongoing, and he expects the new mail boxes by spring.
Fire Chief Report:Steve reported ten calls, which included eight EMT calls since our last meeting. A new patient monitor will be switched out with a more expensive detailed monitor that the county has helped secure. No other issues.
Treasurer Report: A Wildland Grant was awarded to Pine Valley for $9,821. Bob approved the financials and Mike seconded, all in favor.
Citizen Requests: Emily Neilson reported that the Overlay Zone draft is ongoing and will be ready for community review in approximately 10 days.
The next scheduled PVSSD meeting will be February 9, 2022.
PVSSD Board Meeting adjourned. Moved into PVLAD meeting.

Minutes from December 2021: Bob approved, Mike seconded and all in favor.
Board Member Reports:
Allen Cannon, Sheriff’s office report: Allen spoke with Brock Bentley. No deputy sheriff has been assigned; the Community Watch is forthcoming.
Mike Stucki, five-county public health report: The county faces increased Covid and flu bug cases. It is currently their highest priority.
Community Watch: Allen proposed up to $1,000 be allocated to the Community Watch Program for items needed. Bob seconded, and all in favor.
Home Fire Alarms: No updates.
Pine Valley Dump: No updates.
Treasurer Report: Rick presented financials. Mike approved and Allen seconded.
Citizens Request: No requests.
