Pine Valley Special Services District Meeting
February 3, 2021 6:00 pm.
Attending Board Members: Mary Esther Putnam, Chairwoman; Rick Peetz, Treasurer; Steve Shakespeare, Fire Chief; Allen Cannon, Herman Nordbruch, Bob Dalley, Frank Davie, Mike Stucki
Absent: LaDawn Christensen, Secretary
Attending Guest: Ralph Brooks, Scott Dunkleman, Audrey Krohn, Duane Krohn, Emily Neilson
General Business: Prayer given by Herman Nordbruch and Pledge of Allegiance given by Allen Cannon. Meeting called to order by Mary Esther Putnam. The January 2021 minutes were approved by Bob Dalley, Allen Cannon seconded.
Impact Fees: Two impact fees paid.
Board Member Reports: Bob Dalley and Allen Cannon had a couple of questions regarding the Enterprise legal draft agreement for the Pine Valley ambulance. They will review the draft with an attorney and bring back to the board for review. Emily Nielsen commented that the Pine Valley Legacy Project zone changes was approved by the county commissioners. The changes are in line with the Pine Valley general plan. Bob motions and Allen seconds, expressing appreciation to Emily for her leadership and guidance over these many months on this project. A future Pine Valley feasibility study was discussed.
Fire Chief Report: 4 call outs in January.
Treasurer Report: Rick Peetz presented financial reports for January 2021. Approved by Bob Dalley and seconded by Herman Nordbruch, all in favor.
Budget Report: Rick Peetz mentioned that all of 2020 budget reports are done.
Citizens Report: No issues.
The next scheduled PVSSD meeting will be March 3, 2021.
PVSSD Board Meeting adjourned by Bob Dalley and Herman seconded. Moved into PVLAD meeting.
