Welcome: Meeting called to order by Frank. Prayer given by Frank, and Pledge of Allegiance was led by Bob.
Pine Valley Overlay Business: No business this month.
Minutes from January 2023:Herman moved to approve, Bob seconded, and all were in favor.
Board Member Reports:
Allen reported to Lt. Thompson regarding what’s going on in Pine Valley concerning the Community Watch program.
for last month was generally up from last year, and most are staying in compliance with the speed limit.
Herman reported Purgatory bookings are at an all-time high since taking record. Releases are at a second all-time high. Purgatory population is on the low end.
Mike mentioned a small uptick in Covid19 cases in the county.
Community Watch:Nothing to report.
Mail Building:: Allen met with the Forest Service District Manager Larry LaVarti regarding the proposed site for the mail service building on the nine acres where the fire station is located. It requires approval from the Forest Service. Larry will get back to Allen on the possibility of amending the current use permit, so Pine Valley can use the property for a new mail service building.
Treasurer Report:Rick presented January financials. Bob approved, Frank seconded, and all were in favor.
Citizens Request: No requests or issues.

Welcome: Meeting called to order by Mary Esther.
Minutes from January 2023 Meeting: Bob approved the minutes, Mike seconded, and all were in favor.
Board Member Reports: None
Mail Building: Discussed in the PVLAD meeting.
Fire Chief Report:Captain Brian Davis presented last month’s report. There were seven EMS calls, six in Pine Valley and one in Central. Brian reported the number of responders for each call, the highest being an EMS call in Pine Valley at fourteen responders and one call on Highway 18 with only one.
Treasurer Report: Rick presented the January financials. Allen approved the financials, Herman seconded, and all were in favor. Rick mentioned the miscellaneous items on the 2023 budget are now under Capital Purchases Expense Year End. Rick presented the 2023 Annual Assessment invoice. It will be sent to property owners in March. The board allowed the seeking of bids for possible asphalt – paving of selected station areas.
