Special Pine Valley Overlay Zone Meeting

A. Welcome, Prayer & Pledge of Allegiance
A. Frank offered the prayer, and Herman led the pledge.
B. Pine Valley Overlay Zone Business – Emily
Reed and Lynette Noble Home:
Mark Owens submitted the building plans before the meeting and requested a recommendation from the board for a building permit for the Noble Home rebuild.
Emily reviewed the requirements and emphasized the importance of complying with the lighting ordinance, as well as fencing and roofing standards. She also asked Mark to inform the homeowners that the impact fee is being waived.
Emily made a motion to recommend a building permit to the county, and Bob seconded, and all were in favor.
Keith Kelsch for William Milton home and the Sally Ann Osness Blosch Home:
Keith submitted the building plans before the meeting and requested a recommendation from the board for a building permit for the Noble Home rebuild.
Emily reviewed the requirements and emphasized the importance of complying with the lighting ordinance, as well as fencing, roofing, and fire prevention.
Emily made a motion to recommend the two building permits to the county, and Bob seconded, and all were in favor.
The next board meeting is scheduled for October 8, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
