General Business Mary Esther called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. Allen led the prayer, and Dave led the Pledge of Allegiance. The minutes of the October 2, 2019 meeting were read by each Board Member. John motioned to accept the minutes, Allen seconded the motion, and all were in favor.
Building Permits None
Board Member Reports Mary Esther mentioned how wonderful the new cattle guard is. John agreed it has been improved substantially. John brought up the excessive building in the Valley. Mary Esther suggested John go the County and bring up our concerns. He agreed to go and report back to us. Larry told us about the new well the Irrigation Company is planning on drilling. Allen thanked the Krohns for the new boxes in the Post Office. Mary Esther gave a card to Rick from the Board for the passing of his mother.
Fire Chief Report Steve told us about the six incidents this last month. Joe Lee hasn’t had time to get the snow melt system installed yet.
Budget Rick went over the Proposed Budget in comparison to the money spent in 2019.
Treasurer’s Report Rick read and explained the “Profit and Loss Sheet” dated October 2019, the “Profit and Loss Detail Sheet” dated October 2019, the “Profit and Loss Budget vs. Actual” dated January through December 2019, the “Balance Sheet Previous Year Comparison” dated As of October 31, 2019, the Edith Green Fund “Profit and Loss Detail Sheet” dated January through October 2019 and the Edith Green Fund “Balance Sheet Prev Year Comparison” dated As of October 31, 2019. Rick showed us a copy of the PVSSD Impact Fee Schedule Revenues on Hand FY Ending December 31, 2019 and the “Statement of Cash Flows” dated October 2019. Allen motioned to accept the financials and Dave seconded, all in favor.
Frank from the audience contacted Nick and he is aware of the need of heaters for the restrooms at the Heritage Center.
John motioned to adjourn, Dave seconded and all were in favor.
