General Business Mary Esther called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. Bob led the prayer, and Dave led the Pledge of Allegiance. The minutes of the November 6, 2019 meeting were read by each Board Member. Bob motioned to accept the minutes, Allen seconded and all were in favor.
Building Permits None
Board Member Reports Dave Codding is stepping down from the Board and he will notify the County. John talked to the County about growth in the Valley. They said there had been many changes over the past ten years but assured him that everything was under control.
Fire Chief Report Steve told us about four incidents this last month. John mentioned that Jason Rogers did a good job installing the hydrants.
Budget 2020 Rick went over the budget he explained last month. Allen motioned to accept the budget, Bob seconded and all else in favor.
Treasurer Report Rick read and explained the “Profit and Loss Sheet” dated November 2019, the “Profit and Loss Detail Sheet” dated November 2019, the “Profit and Loss Budget vs. Actual” dated January through December 2019, “Balance Sheet Previous Year Comparison” dated As of November 30, 2019, the Edith Green Fund “Profit and Loss Detail Sheet” dated January through November 2019 and the Edith Green Fund “Balance Sheet Prev Year Comparison” dated As of November 30, 2019. Rick showed us a copy of the PVSSD Impact Fee Schedule Revenues on Hand FY Ending December 31, 2019 and explained the Sheet. Bob motioned to accept the financials and Allen seconded, all in favor.
Bob voted to thank Mary Esther, John Nichols and Dave Codding for their service and all agreed.
John motioned to adjourn, Dave seconded and all were in favor.
The next scheduled PVSSD meeting will be January 8, 2020 at 6:00 pm.
