Mary Esther called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. John led the Pledge of Allegiance and Dave led the prayer.
The minutes of the March 7, 2018 meeting were read by each Board Member. Bob motioned to accept the minutes. Dave seconded the motion and all were in favor.

Board Member Reports
Bob had attended the County Commissioners’ meeting and mentioned the newly graded roads around the valley.
William Hoy showed us a book from his insect museum. Residents and visitors who visit the museum sign in and make comments. He also has some bee hives next to the museum.
Fire Chief Report
Steve went over the seven incidents in March. The Department is getting the trucks geared up with supplies for the summer. Steve requested more money in the budget for fire hydrants. The people in town are purchasing glags from the Fire Department for themselves or to donate to the town to place on the road coming into the valley and on Main Street. The cost of each flag is $20 and they have a total of 74 Flags for personal and display.
Treasurer Report
Rick read and explained the “Profit and Loss Sheet” dated March 2018, the “Profit and Loss Detail Sheet” dated March 2018, the “Expenses by Vendor Detail Sheet” dated March 2018, the “Profit and Loss Budget vs. Actual Sheet” dated January through March 2018, the “Balance Sheet” dated March 31, 2018, the Edith Green Fund “Expenses by Vendor Summary Sheet” dated March 2018 and the Edith Green Fund “Balance Sheet” dated April 2, 2018. Financials were motioned by Bob, seconded by Dave, and all were in favor.
Dave motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:00 pm. Bob seconded, and all were in favor.
The next scheduled PVSSD meeting will be May 2, 2018 at 6:00 pm.
