Pledge of Allegiance was said at 6:05 PM, and the meeting was called to order at 6:07 PM by Fred Pendleton, Chairman.

The meeting followed the previously posted agenda.

1- Approval of the Minutes: No minutes were read. Deferred until the next meeting.

2- Appointment of new members - the appointment by the County of Buzz and Mike hasn't yet been officially approved.

3- Guidelines for Existing Facilities Report - John Willie was not present to give his update.

4- Plan Elements Data Requirements - Recreation Activities. Surveys are still coming in, so
this item will also be deferred until the next meeting.
5- Conimunity Survey- 166 surveys have been turned in and tabulated, plus 25 more were just given to Fred.. In order to meet the schedule, Fred will just wait for more until Monday, at which time he will compile a report to get to John Willie and the PVSSD before their next meeting. Approx. 550 surveys were sent out, about 1/3 have been returned. Fred discussed the graphs he did, which were based on #9 and #26 of the survey.
Bev suggested that a "comments line be added under each graph for explanation purposes. Mike suggested picking out which issues might pertain only to full-timers. The results would be skewed for items like snow removal, buses, etc. Fred agreed and said that some of the way questions were answered reflected that
**Bob wanted to know who was covering Fred's printing costs. Fred is himself. Bob wants the County to reimburse Fred.
The 2nd page of the survey results showed a big concern on OHV use. Results were pretty even, including those who are not here full time. Weekenders were just as upset by the problem. Agriculture use would be exempt by law.
On the 3rd page the biggest concern in the survey was speeding. Seems to be mostly one person who is a teen of a fulltime resident.

6- Comments, non agenda items -None

6:50 Bob motioned to close the meeting, Trinilee seconded - all were in favor.
